Let me introduce you fried
Sakura shrimp.
Sakura shrimp is a tiny
shrimp caught only in the offing Suruga Bay. It is the speciality of my home
town, Kambara,
a small town in Shizuoka.
Why is it called Sakura shrimp?
Because the color of the
shrimp is transparent red. Beautiful!
Especially its scent works
up our appetites.
